In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the miotot Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. miotot operates a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced through our KYC verification procedures.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. miotot's services are specifically designed for players accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. The Platform is not intended for use by individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who lack legal capacity — including those under guardianship or court-ordered restrictions — may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on miotot. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through miotot's own Responsible Gaming tools or through any other applicable exclusion program.
• Not a miotot Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of miotot staff are prohibited from registering as Players or participating in any promotional offer.

To access miotot's full suite of betting and gaming services, you are required to register a Player Account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• Accurate Information: All personal details submitted during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, and contact information — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. miotot will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify miotot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• KYC Verification: miotot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal functions.
• One Account Per Household: In principle, only one Account is permitted per household IP address. Where multiple members of the same household legitimately wish to hold individual accounts, prior written approval from miotot's compliance team is required.
• Account Transfers: Player Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.

All financial transactions on miotot are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). miotot supports the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• Digital Wallets (E-Wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, subject to KYC clearance and our fraud prevention checks. During peak periods (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day holidays), processing times may extend.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player Account. miotot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• No Cash Transactions: miotot does not accept or issue payments in physical cash. All transactions are electronic only.
• Withdrawal Verification: miotot reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction exceeds Rp 10.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Transaction Fees: miotot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which miotot accepts no responsibility.

miotot offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, subject to the terms set out below. All bonuses are credited in IDR and are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute differently to wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion page for contribution rates by game type.
• Bonus Validity: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within fourteen (14) calendar days of being credited to your Account. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically and be removed from your balance without notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly disclosed in the promotion's specific terms.
• miotot's Discretion: miotot reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of a suspected breach of bonus terms, miotot may withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings pending investigation.

All games and betting markets available on the miotot Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

• Sports Betting: All sports wagers — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF matches — are settled in accordance with miotot's official sports betting rules. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win; a single void selection may reduce the accumulator or void the entire bet depending on the applicable rule set.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live in-play markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by our system, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movement. miotot reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on miotot are governed by the draw schedules and prize tables published on the relevant togel game page. All togel results are final once officially announced. miotot accepts no liability for any communication delays that may affect a Player's ability to place a wager before a draw closes.
• Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any single session. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) designations are based on recent performance data and may change without notice.
• Live Casino: Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and dragon tiger — are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin outcome will be determined by the game's official server-side record, which shall be final and binding.
• E-Sports Betting: Wagers on E-sports events including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MPL Indonesia), PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire tournaments are settled in accordance with official tournament results as published by the relevant tournament organizer. In the event of a forfeit, walkover, or tournament cancellation, miotot's E-sports settlement rules will apply as published.
• Void Bets: miotot reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system error, data feed error, or manifest odds error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the miotot Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud miotot or other Players through manipulation of game outcomes, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden.
• Money Laundering: Using the miotot Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity — or to otherwise launder money — is a serious criminal offence. miotot maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple account registrations, use of VPNs to bypass regional eligibility criteria, or any other form of bonus manipulation is prohibited. miotot employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a legitimate miotot transaction is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and legal action to recover funds.
• Use of VPN / Proxy: Accessing the miotot Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of disguising your actual geographic location is prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools may be suspended without warning.
• Underage Access: Any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to access or use the Platform — or by any adult to facilitate such access — is strictly forbidden and may result in criminal referral.

All content on the miotot Platform — including but not limited to the miotot brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of miotot or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any miotot content without prior written consent from miotot.
• Game titles, logos, and associated assets are the intellectual property of their respective software developers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and are used by miotot under license.
• Unauthorized use of miotot's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miotot's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific limitations apply:

• Service Interruptions: miotot does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. miotot accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities.
• Third-Party Services: miotot is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or terms of any third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), internet service providers, or game content developers.
• Consequential Loss: miotot shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from a Player's use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Force Majeure: miotot shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay results from events beyond miotot's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or any national emergency declared in Indonesia.

miotot collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to miotot's collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement. • Data Security: miotot employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard security infrastructure to protect Player data against unauthorized access.
• Data Sharing: miotot does not sell Player data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.
• Data Retention: Player account data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account under the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting miotot support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding unvested bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
• miotot-Initiated Termination: miotot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where miotot is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. miotot shall have no obligation to preserve any Account data beyond the statutory retention periods noted in Clause 10.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to miotot's international licensing jurisdiction. miotot operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is subject to regular independent compliance audits.

For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is consistent with any applicable local regulations in your area of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through miotot's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by miotot's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

miotot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, miotot will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the miotot Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version.
